Welcome Note
Welcome back Gardeners! <- Is that cheesy? Idk, I’m keeping it anyway.
This week I asked my communities: What is your biggest struggle right now? The answers were varied, and the “others” camp didn’t leave any comments 😡. But it seems like the 2 largest groups - Distribution/Fulfilling POs & Finding the Right Team go hand and hand to me. This is also pretty accurate based on the conversations I am having in the market. I spoke with a couple founders who told their teams to shut off marketing because they need to get through the end of the year and fulfill the POs they have on the books.
This is a decent problem to have, but it’s still a problem.
Finding the right team is hard, especially in the beverage space. It’s a complex system and it’s a relationship heavy one as well. So finding the right people to navigate everything can be difficult. If you’re struggling finding the right team members, shoot me an email and let’s talk about how I might be able to help.
Have your voice heard! The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is accepting public comments on proposed hemp regulations, and you don’t need to be a Florida resident to participate. This is a crucial opportunity to influence the future of hemp regulations in the state, so submit your comments now to ensure your input is considered.
I am conducting a little survey/research into people’s experiences with these beverages. If you have 2-4 minutes to complete this survey I would greatly appreciate it!
